- With its 10.000 tons of rubber processing capacity and experienced staff, Telas Lastik both produces mixtures for its own production, and demands of mixture from the market.
- The company has various rubber raw materials, particularly EPDM, Natural Rubber, SBR, NBR, BR, CR, Viton and Silicone.
- With 4 closed mixers available at the Mixture Facility, it both meets demands for both black and colored mixtures, and with its filler supply systems, it makes production in a clean environment.
- Computer controlled chemical and cooker weighing units are used, and therefore man-made faults are eliminated.
- Each mixture produced are tested in accordance with the specifications which are obligatory or specially demanded by customers, and approved within the bounds of tolerations.
- In order to monitor continuity of the quality of mixtures, periodical tests are conducted at the firm and approved laboratories outside of the company, when necessary.
